Have you ever wanted to go to space? The only way to get there is through hard work and teamwork. As our workplaces become more diverse we need to understand our intercultural differences in order to succeed. This workshop will take you through a simulation designed to help participants develop their intercultural skills. Using real life examples from NASA’s Johnson Space Center, the simulation has participants working together to build a model rocket to save the day. A simulation debriefing will round out the experience. Due to the nature of this experience, it can only be offered in person.
