In order to create real change, it is time to focus on the systemic inequities that prevent diversity, equity and inclusion from having a sustained presence and becoming ingrained within our company cultures. To do this, we need to understand the three Whites: Privilege, Rage and Fragility. Understanding the power structures which are needed to create change will support you in supporting those you serve in your business. During our time together, we will begin to explore these concepts and provide some tools for success.
