In order to create real change, it is time to focus on the systemic inequities that prevent diversity, equity and inclusion from having a sustained presence and becoming ingrained within our company cultures. To do this, we need to understand the three Whites: Privilege, Rage and Fragility.  Understanding the power structures which are needed to create change will support you in supporting those you serve in your business.
